Once upon a time, there was a land shaped during several centuries by a lovely river, which was laying every day its rolling floods, and so much later, escorted sailing barges of a priceless nectar. This river, our Gironde Estuary, today settled down, remains the unalterable keeper of the exchange between Water and Land. Medoc was born from this sacred union...
